About Us

Who We Are

Maison Care Services is a registered aged care provider based in Parramatta, Western Sydney. We deliver government-funded Support at Home services under the Aged Care Act 2024 — helping older Australians remain independent, connected, and cared for in their own homes.
We understand that aged care is deeply personal. It touches family, culture, language, and the way people have lived their whole lives. That is why we take a person-centred, culturally safe approach to every client — because no two people are the same, and no two care plans should be either.

Under the Aged Care Act 2024, you have legal rights as a care recipient. The Act’s Statement of Rights guarantees you:

  • The right to make your own decisions — including ones that carry some personal risk (known as 'dignity of risk')
  • Culturally safe and appropriate services
  • Respect for your language, culture, and background
  • Freedom from abuse, neglect, and discrimination
  • Transparency about your budget and services
